Yoga is a science which is been studies and researched over by many scientists even now. Today the doctors also advise the patients to continue their yoga every day for their well being and fitness. Yoga is no longer a practice just for hippies. Many modern students are affluent, and the consumer data shows they are willing to pay for quality service and added value. Yoga is an ancient, eastern practice meaning union. It teaches us to take responsibility for our own health through the union of postures ( asanas ), breathing ( pranayama ), relaxation and meditation.

Yoga is especially ideal for people that are overweight, elderly, pregnant, or all three. Yoga also promotes a feeling of clarity and serenity — there’s a reason many people who do yoga seem so relaxed and focused. Yoga is not merely a form of exercise for the body, but a path towards total harmony of body, mind and spirit. It is ancient wisdom for a healthier, happier and more peaceful way of living that ultimately leads to Self-realization, the union with the Self.
Yoga is a way of life as well as a way of moving. Many people think of it as just an extreme exercise but it is a very gentle custom designed for each individual at the exact place that person is at the moment, wh ether th at person is an expert or a beginner. Yoga is not about physical perfection, competition or forcing yourself into painful postures. Nor is it a religion.

Gradually, you will be able to fold forward more each time. 5. The Bridge (Sethu Bandhasana) and The Wheel (Chakrasana). The Wheel is a most dynamic backward bend; it stimulates the energy centres and leaving us feel exhilarated.
