The Tension Myositis Syndrome (TMS) is the leading cause of pain in different parts of the body such as neck, shoulders, back, limbs, and buttocks. Surprisingly, TMS is caused not by structural deformities, but the mind’s attempt to repress emotions. This is not to say that the pain is all in the mind. Rather, the mind has the ability to create real physical troubles that may wreak havoc on the nerves, muscles, ligaments, or tendons. A bodily injury may give rise to the disorder, but it is not the root cause of the resulting pain. In fact, the mind redirects its repressed emotion into the body, and this creates pain in your nerves, muscles, ligaments, or tendons.
Fortunately, there is an effective way to completely relieve lower back pain-special yoga exercises for back troubles.
How do you know if you have a good posture? Stand in from of a tall mirror and pose in your usual manner. You should not be shocked to see your shoulders round and fall forward while your pelvis turns back. You can ass an inch to your height right away just be pushing your pelvis forward and pulling your shoulders back. Turn sideways and repeat the pose. Make sure that the ear, shoulder, hip, knee, and ankle are perfectly aligned. For a few hundred bucks, you can get a posture analysis at a spine and physical therapy center.
The number one rule in performing yoga poses is that the littlest pain is a sign that something is wrong with your body. If you are just starting out with yoga, it is advised that you do in under the supervision of a qualified yoga instructor and listen to what he or she advises you.
Scoliosis treatment includes using braces or undergoing surgery. Other patients try exercise, chiropractic manipulation, and electrical muscle stimulation. Exercise alone cannot treat scoliosis, but it can greatly help in ensuring good health.
