Yoga is among the most ancient cultural heritage of India. The word yoga is derived from Sanskrit language and it means “to unite”. Yoga can be said to imply the unity discipline. 1)For the physical functions, one can relax, stretch, stress the cardio-vascular, nerve, digestive, glandular systems. 2)For the mental functionality, one can keep his self in peaceful environment and can cultivate peace for alertness and concen tration. 3)For the spiritual functionality, one can go for consideration.
