Other health benefits of yoga include decrease in blood cholesterol and an improved immune system due to its anti-oxidant effect.

A lot of stress problem can be reduced by types of yoga that involve meditation techniques. The catecholamine hormones produced by adrenal glands that are a direct result of stress can be decreased with yoga, which enables you to be more relaxed.
